Participants are inducted to the professional standards and responsibilities of nursing, patient care and service excellence. This would allow nurses to effectively go about their daily nursing duties and to smoothen their transition into their new healthcare environment quickly.
Course Objectives
Induct new nurses and foreign-trained nurses to professional standards and responsibilities of being a Nurse in Singapore.
Reinforces essential nursing skills.
Develop competencies in managing patient safety, handling risk assessment, and care management.
Observer-ship and nursing practicum are included to optimise learning for physical classes.
Programme Features
The Programme is conducted online, consisting of facilitated classes with instruction and self-learning modules.
